Shiling Oil No.1 is a traditional Chinese liniment used externally to relieve muscle and joint pain, headaches and cold symptoms. It is made with natural ingredients such as eucalyptus oil, camphor, lavender oil, menthol and methyl salicylate (wintergreen oil). The oil is applied topically by rubbing a few drops onto the affected area as needed for temporary relief, but should not be used on broken skin, by small children, or during pregnancy or lactation.
